Lakeside offers one, two, and three bedroom floor plans. All of our apartments are priced according to floor level, location, and view. We have beautiful views of the mountains and our lake. Every apartment at Lakeside comes with a full sized washer and dryer. Apartments are fully carpeted with the exception of vinyl in the foyer, kitchen, and bathrooms. Select units have wood burning fireplaces and vaulted ceilings. Lakeside provides firewood at no extra charge.
Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 10:00am until 6:00pm. We also offer Saturday hours from 11-4 pm and Sunday hours from 1-4 pm. Please come by for a tour of our beautiful community and our sumptuous 2 bedroom, 2 bath model. Lakeside is located south of Charlottesville across from the Monticello National Guard. Our community is located approximately five minutes from the Downtown Historic Mall and approximately ten minutes from the University of Virginia.
